POST: DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION
GRADE : E/M2
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving Chief Human Resource Management Officers (Grade F/M3) or Chief Administrative Officers (Grade F/M3) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities.
POST: DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
GRADE : E/M2
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving Chief Accountants (Grade F/M3) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities or Public Service.
POST : DIRECTOR OF AGRICULTURE
GRADE : E/M2
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving Chief Agriculture Officers, Chief Irrigation Officers or Chief Fisheries Officers (Grade F/M3) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities.
POST : CHIEF SOCIAL AND CHILD WELFARE OFFICER
GRADE : F/M4
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving Principal Social Welfare Officer (Grade G/ M4) in Local Authorities with at least four (4) years’ experience at that grade.
POST : CHIEF PLANNING OFFICER
GRADE : F/M3
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving Principal Planning Officers (Grade G/M4) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Local Authorities or Public Service.
POST: CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
GRADE: E/M3
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving Principal Medical Officers (Grade G/M5) in possession of a bachelor of Medicine, bachelor of Surgery degree with a minimum of four (4) years ‘experience at that grade in Local Authorities.
POST: CHIEF NURSING OFFICER
GRADE: E/M3
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving as Principal Nursing Officer (Grade G/M5) in possession of a Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery with a minimum of four (4) years ‘experience at that grade in Local Authorities.
POST: PRINCIPAL MEDICAL OFFICER
GRADE: G/M4
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving Senior Medical Officers (Grade HH/M6) in possession of a bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery Degree with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade serving in Local Authorities.
POST : PRINCIPAL PROCUREMENT OFFICER
GRADE: G/M4
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving Senior Procurement Officer grade H/M5) regardless of experience at that grade or Procurement Officer (Grade I/M6) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that Grade in the Local authorities
POST : CATERING OFFICER
GRADE: I/M6
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must have a Degree in Nutrition or Hospitality Management and those serving as Senior Catering Supervisor (Grade J) with four years’ experience working in local authorities.
POST: CROPS OFFICER (CEREALS)
GRADE: I/M6
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Application must be serving Senior Assistant Agriculture Extension Development Officers (Grade J/M7) with a minimum of (4) years’ experience at that grade in Local Authorities or in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop science, Agriculture General or Horticulture obtained from accredited institutions.
POST: ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS OFFICER
GRADE: I/M6
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving Senior Assistant Environmental Affairs Officers (Grade J/M7) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities all in possession of bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management obtain from accredited institutions.
POST : HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER
GRADE : I/M6
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must be serving Senior Assistant Human Resource Management Officers (Grade J/M7) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that Grade in the Local authorities or in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or Business Administration obtained from accredited Institutions.
