Job Description
Applications are invited to fill the positions of Sales Manager (Role size L) tenable in Kasungu. The successful candidates will be responsible for sales targets and profitability of the teams, and disciplined execution of the distribution strategy.
- Manage sales & expense budget for a sales team in a branch against set targets.
- Responsible for the distribution strategy of products within a branch.
- Accountable for local marketing.
- Identify and create coordinated sales opportunities.
- Responsible for external networking and relationship building with key door openers.
- Ensure delivery of customer value.
- Manage, develop, appoint, and train sales advisors
