MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Day-to-day implementation of the COVID 19 vaccination programme, preparing weekly vaccination plans, vaccination of eligible populations, preparing reports, and provision of information related to the vaccine.

Specific Key Responsibilities:
 Administering COVID 19 vaccines
 Immunization Clinic Planning
 Participate in pre and post vaccination sessions debriefs
 Collaborate with logistics team to secure mobile vaccine clinic locations, equipment and supplies
 Maintain vaccine supplies and inventory records
 Maintain cold chain
 Record client data in registers
 Process required documentation and reporting
 Educate clients and their families on all important information about the vaccine including procedure, reactions, need for second doses and boosters
 Ensure that there are adequate supplies equipment for vaccination session
 Other related duties as assigned by supervisors. Page 1 of 2

Requirements and Qualifications
 Minimum of a Diploma in Nursing with Nurses Council certificate
 Hands on experience in vaccine administration
 At least 1-year relevant experience
 Mature, personable/friendly
 Those who have Conducted immunization clinics before desirable Competences& Skills:
 Ability to work independently
 Good leadership and communication skills
 Ability to work with people from the communities
