Alliance Development Africa Foundation (ADAF) is inviting suitably qualified persons to work
as Finance Graduate Trainee based in Blantyre. Reporting to Finance and Administration

The Graduate Intern will provide support in the implementation of the ADAF accounting and
financial management within the Finance and Administration Department.

Key responsibilities
The intern will directly assist the Finance Officer with a wide range of accounting and
administrative activities related to day to day programs support functions; This includes
accurately keep track of the financial records through recording and filing of supporting
documents; capturing of financial transactions into QuickBooks accounting system; Assist
Finance Officer in carrying out administrative work; The candidate will also have opportunities
to engage directly and learn from the Organization’s staff and any other duties assigned.

Qualifications and Competences
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management or a Professional qualification; Aged 25 years and below. One-year undergraduate internship with reference letter is mandatory.
