Lecturer in Adult/Critical Care Nursing

Daeyang University a Christian University registered and accredited by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) and founded by the Miracle for Africa Foundation is located at Kanengo, Lilongwe behind Malawi Institute of Management (MIM). The University is currently offering two programmes: BSc in Nursing and Midwifery and BSc in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and both programmes are accredited by NCHE.

The University is now inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for vacant academic and administrative positions as detailed below. Appointment to academic positions will be made at a level commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience and publication record.



At least Master’s degree preferably in Adult/Critical Care Nursing. The incumbent will be responsible for teaching Adult Nursing or Critical Care Nursing.

General qualifications for academic positions
Candidates should meet the preferred qualifications as stated above plus at least 3 years teaching experience in a reputable higher learning institution.
